Your maps should feel perfect from the first second you see them. If they don't, we make it right.
Because each map is a custom digital file built to the exact date, place, and words you choose, the fastest fix for a wrong detail or a typo is a re-render — not a return. Tell us what's off and we'll redraw your maps until they're exactly right, at no extra cost.
If something has genuinely gone wrong and a re-render can't fix it, reach out — we'll work with you personally to put it right. Email us with your order and what happened.

Because these are personalized, made-to-order digital downloads, this policy is offered in place of a general right of return. It does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
